![]() I jus woke up frm my lala land~ A moment ago i dun feel lk blogging at all. A moment ago i feel tat everytink seems SO SUXS. A moment ago i feel lk a foolish stupid one. But now I feel lk blogging. I feel tat not totally everytink suxs bt maybe some? I feel tat i'm still foolish n stupid :x P.S : Later 2pm gotta head for Job training! Like FINALLY lahs -.- And Meixiang is leaving Spore to China at 6am ltr :( Sad~ She be off for lk 2weeks man -.- 17 June 2009, Wednesday Didnt catch a wink at all last night. And Morning went to SBW SC to get Ingreds for Sushi n Chawanmushi. Cos it our monthsary today n it seems lk i haven't got or do smetink for him for quite long. Actually intend to buy him smetink bt oh well.. I'm brokeless for da moment :/ So decided to use tis chance to do Sushi for him ;D Oh.. And rmb my first attempt on doing Sushi? Its my 2nd attempt now and Well.. I'm wordless :x Scroll dwn for mre :) I went thru n fro Daiso n Gaint to search for da Ingred n Tools. Like one typical Aunty -.- Can't really find all da Ingreds i wanted so i went back SP Fairprice. And help Mum to get those bottle tonics too for Grandfather as Father's day is reaching. Total of 4heavy bottles loh -.- (plus my aunty contribution to Grandfather too) I gave nth to Grandfather but at least i gave all my strength by helping to buy n carry :x Hahas~ So i carried tis 4bottles of tonics n also all my Sushi Ingreds back hme all by myself. And i'm alrdy half dead when i reach home -.- Start preparing da Sushi Rice. 1cup of rice. I rinse it and soak with water for 30mins. Then cooked it. When water boils, cook wit lower flame for ard 15-20mins. Rmb dun always open da lid. Then i prepare the Vinegar to be added in da rice. 1/2 small cup of Rice Vinegar. 2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp sugar. Boil on Med high heat n stir until dissolve. When done, set aside to cool :) When da rice is cooked, set aside to cool too for 5-10mins. Then tk da rice out on a plate. Rmb not to scrap the rest of the sticky rice on da pot. Leave it as it is. Then when everytink is cool, pour in da Vinegar n stir. (i didn't use finish da Vinegar cos i tink its too much) And there~ Rice is done ;) Now i prepare da tomago. Add Eggs, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce n Mirin (optional). And den fry it with v.low flame so tat its nt burnt easily. Tis da Mirin bought at gaint. And den u can start making ur own Sushi! :D The seaweed for $2 only at Daiso! And i tink tis is da best loot tat i've got at Daiso! The Sushi maker~ It does help a lill :) They've gt other shapes too. Only $2 loh~ Fckin cheap ;D The rice on da Sushi Maker :) I add crabmeat in btw. And den cover with rice again. And tatas~ The shape cames out lk tis. Nice huh? Den i wrap it wit Seaweed. By right shld have use the smetink lk strawmat roller to roll it n press it. Bt i didnt get it. Tats da reason y i'm wordless. Cos my Sushi turns out in weird weird shape again tis time without da strawmat roller -.- And tat most imptly my knife is nt sharp enuf loh. Not nice luhs~ I know :/ Got extra a lill of rice so i make it lk tis big! Inside with lots of tomago n crabmeat :x And tats all for Sushi. Busy myself with tis tingy till 4pm plus den eat my lunch n rest. I even almost forgot i haven't ate anytink yet :x Btw not yet taste da Sushi. I hope it taste nice :/ Haben pass da Sushi to Bf too cos i totally feels lk a dead human after doing all tis chores. Concuss on bed at 6pm plus. By the way, Happy 19th Bday Mei Mei!! althou she might nt see tis n no celebration wit her cos she's currently at China. and also.. Happy 31st Monthsary to Bf n Me~!! :) Browse my cam n found tis pic.
